2021 Update - The roads in airoli have been improved in last few years and are much better now

Even though Airoli is a small area, the roads in Airoli are attracting lot of attention from all contractors. They are making all attempts to see how best they can dig the roads to destroy all the roads here. From the big roads to every small road in this area have been dug up.These days whenever any resident who plans to go out for any work, he/she first have to think which road he/she should take so that he can reach the destination safely.
After digging and completing their work, the contractors somehow fill the area with mud and rocks and start digging the other roads. They are throwing the debris in open playgrounds where earlier children used to play. The debris are also thrown in the reserved CRZ area and destroying the mangroves. A lot of buildings in this area are also surrounded by lot of trash from this work.
If there is a contest of worst roads in Navi Mumbai, I am sure Airoli will undoubtedly win the first Prize!!!
